Who
are we?
Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a new and pre-owned dealership located in
Bracebridge. We also offer a large inventory of parts as well as financing and
expert repairs. We take pride in our outstanding customer service to all sales
and service customers.
The
Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the
BDC/Business Manager will be responsible for engaging with prospective
customers, managing leads, and facilitating the sales process. The ideal
candidate will have prior dealership or BDC experience and a passion for
customer service and marketing.
Key
Responsibilities:
·
Generate and
convert leads into sales by leveraging multiple online platforms, including Facebook,
Instagram, Web Inquiries, and Calls.
·
Initiate outbound
calls to follow up with potential customers, answer inquiries, and schedule
appointments.
·
Engage with
customers to understand their needs and preferences.
·
Work closely with
the Sales Manager to support sales initiatives.
·
Support Business
Manager in managing administrative functions.
·
Maintain current
knowledge of automotive industry practices and trends, as well as marketing
promotions and programs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
·
Provide regular
reports to management on BDC performance and areas for improvement.
·
High School
Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or automotive services
is a plus
·
Previous
experience in sales or customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
·
Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and
build rapport with customers
·
Organized,
self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
·
Strong time
management skills and the ability to work well on a team and alone
·
Familiar with
digital marketing, CRM systems, and general office software
·
Valid driver’s
license required

Rotational
Saturdays
Compensation:
·
$10 - $25 per
appointment that shows
·
$25 - $50 per
sold unit from BDC appointments
·
$300 - $1,000 (Volume
bonus potential)
·
$50,000 - $90,000
per year
** This compensation range
will be based on knowledge, experience, and bonus earnings**
